Aspire Avenue is a growing F&B ecosystem supporting entrepreneurs, home-based food businesses, and start-ups through hands-on culinary and baking training, workshops, and live roadshow activations.

We are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented Promoter to represent our brand and promote our products and services to customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, explaining product features, and driving sales through effective promotion and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote products and services to customers at assigned locations
• Approach and engage potential customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain product displays and ensure cleanliness of the promotion area
• Collect customer feedback and report market insights to the supervisor
• Follow company SOPs and promotional guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum high school qualification or equivalent
• Prior experience as a promoter or in sales/customer service is an advantage
• Good communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia
• Friendly, confident, and presentable appearance
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift hours
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
