Service Specialist (Barista)

As a Service Specialist (Barista), you will be the face of Lucky Cup Coffee Café. You will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment. This role requires passion for coffee, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced F&B setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Take customer orders accurately and handle cash/point-of-sale transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, equipment, and café area in compliance with food safety standards.
• Monitor stock levels of ingredients, supplies, and packaging, and report replenishment needs to the supervisor/manager.
• Assist in opening and closing duties of the outlet.
• Support team members to achieve daily sales targets and smooth operations.
• Uphold Lucky Cup Coffee Café’s brand image, service quality, and operational standards.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma in Hospitality/F&B is an added advantage
• Prior experience as a barista or in F&B service is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome (training will be provided)
• Passionate about coffee and customer service
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Energetic, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
