  • Identify and approach potential new clients (groceries, gyms, restaurants, health shops, distributors).
  • Pitch and present product benefits, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective accounts.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute product demos, samplings, or promotions for new clients.
  • Follow up with new accounts to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Track competitor activity and market trends to refine strategy.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on progress and targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (open to fresh grads with strong sales drive).
  • At least 1–3 years sales/business development experience, ideally in FMCG/food.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Strong networking ability and willingness to do fieldwork.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and persistent.
