Supervise and monitor the recruitment team, to ensure that all manpower requests are met on time through job posting and sourcing in different job sites and social media hiring groups.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an HR Generalist/Recruitment Officer
- Experience in the retail industry or agency is an advantage
- With experience in handling Promodisers and or merchandisers
- Can work under pressure and without supervision
- Must be a BS Psychology or Business Administration graduate or any four (4) yrs. course
