• Oversee and support the performance of the biker community under the EL Presidente Groups.
• Coordinate closely with EL Presidente leaders and other departments on biker-related programs and initiatives.
• Monitor dashboards and performance data to track community progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead and implement engagement and development programs for bikers.
• Represent the DREX Department in meetings and program alignments.

Job Requirements

• Must own and operate a motorcycle.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or relevant experience in operations or community management.
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Sheets/Excel.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; able to coordinate effectively with leaders and teams.
• Organized, analytical, proactive, and results-driven.
