Preparation and submission of VAT return/VAT report.
Preparation and submission of income tax return, expanded withholding tax, final withholding tax, documentary stamp tax, Alphalist, Summary List of Importations, Summary List of Purchases, Summary List of Sales, etc on timely manner.
Preparation of information related to income tax / withholding tax / VAT related queries raised by local tax authority, if any.
Involve in advisory on tax related matters related to withholding tax, VAT, income tax implications and tax treatment.
Liaise with tax authority and tax agents pertaining to tax matters.
Preparation of VAT refund application.
Review the documents received from various departments for VAT refund application purpose.
Liaise with tax consultant on necessary information needed to facilitate submission of VAT refund application.
Follow up and monitor on tax refund status from local tax authorities.
Assist in providing information to the Group Treasury for preparation of local transfer pricing documentation.
Review internal processes and propose improvement to existing tax/business processes.
Responsible for tax-related questions in interim audit, final audit conducted by external auditor.
Preparation of deferred tax computation.
Preparation of provisional income tax payable.
Preparation and submission of tax report for Group reporting purpose.
Assist Business Controller on any assignment, if any

ACCA / CPA / Accounting / Finance or related bachelor’s degree background
Min 4-5 years of experience in tax and audit functions
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Self-Motivated.
Has a flexible attitude to work.
Ability to build effective working relationships with both customers and colleagues.
Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
Good IT skills, proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
Good standard of numeracy and accuracy
