Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Review and ensure the accuracy of financial statements and reports.
Monitor compliance with tax laws, government regulations, and company policies.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of accounting staff.
Coordinate with external auditors and other stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field (CPA license preferred).
At least 3–5 years of accounting experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
