Description
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems via email, phone, or in-person.
- Install and configure computer systems and applications.
- Maintain records of issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to enhance service delivery.
- Educational Qualifications: A diploma in Information Technology or a related field is required.
- Experience Level: Candidates should have less than 1 year of experience in technical support.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in troubleshooting, familiarity with ServiceNow, and excellent problem-solving skills are essential.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Provide technical assistance, resolve hardware/software issues, and assist users with system inquiries.
- Working Conditions: The role may require shift work and can involve remote support.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, patience, and a customer-centric mindset are crucial.
