Communicate effectively with clients to finalize project details, make timely adjustments per client requirements, and promptly resolve any issues. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, any major; degrees in marketing, communications, or computer information technology preferred. 2. Strong English proficiency; fluent in spoken and written communication. 3. Operational experience in technology or IT services industries preferred. 4. Proven track record in customer service with deep insight into user needs. 5. Excellent team leadership and cross-departmental collaboration skills, with strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.
