Main Responsibilities: What You Will Do

I. Global Community and Ecosystem Operations

1. Responsible for the daily operation and management of user communities such as Discord, Telegram, and Reddit.

2. Manage and coordinate global multilingual community ambassadors (e.g., English, Hindi, Turkish), set goals, assign tasks, and evaluate performance.

II. Developer Ecosystem Development and Operations

1. Plan and execute global developer events such as hackathons, and review and support local community event proposals.

2. Establish and optimize a developer training system to manage the full lifecycle from recruitment and training to hands-on engagement.

3. Coordinate internal and external development teams, manage code and feature proposals from the community, ensuring efficient collaboration and feedback.

4. Consolidate multi-channel developer feedback into structured reports to drive product and technology iterations.

Your Skills and Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Extensive experience in developer relations, user community operations, or ecosystem management; blockchain project experience is a plus.

3. Excellent event planning and project management skills; candidates with experience organizing large-scale developer events are preferred.

4. Cross-cultural communication and team coordination abilities, capable of effectively managing a global and diverse community team.

5. Familiarity with major developer communities and social platforms such as Discord, Telegram, Reddit, and Twitter.

6. High degree of self-motivation, responsibility, and passion for technology and developer ecosystem building.

7. Proficiency in both English and Chinese as working languages.
