External Cladding Estimator (Philippines-Based – Australian Client)

We’re hiring an experienced External Cladding Estimator to join our growing construction team!

This is a full-time, long-term offshore role for an Australian company.

What You’ll Do

• Perform area take-offs from commercial construction plans
• Use Bluebeam Software (mandatory) to complete quantity surveys and estimations
• Work on external cladding projects across medium-to-large commercial builds
• Provide detailed cost breakdowns, measurements, and reports
• Troubleshoot construction and IT-related issues independently

• Proven experience in construction estimating (external cladding preferred)
• Strong Quantity Surveyor background or similar
• Hands-on knowledge of Bluebeam Software (non-negotiable)
