2. Responsible for coordinating the reasonable allocation of resources between projects to ensure optimal resource utilization.

3. Fully manage the implementation of technical projects, ensuring progress and quality control, and ensuring that project objectives are achieved on schedule.

4. Responsible for project risk management, promptly identifying, tracking, and resolving issues that affect project timelines, and actively driving solutions.

5. Responsible for liaising with stakeholders regarding requirements, ensuring that all phases of the product research and development project management process are executed effectively, continuously optimizing the process system, and assisting the product research and development team in enhancing efficiency.
