Job Title: QA Test Engineer (Officer Level)

• Salary: Php 50,000 to Php 60,000 + Rice Allowance (Php 1,500) + Transportation Allowance (Php 150/day)

About the Role:

• The Business Process Test Engineer Officer will directly report to the Transformation Department Head.
• This position bridges Business Analysis and IT Quality Assurance to ensure that systems and workflows meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand business processes, workflows, and systems.
• Design and execute test plans to validate that processes work correctly.
• Develop test cases and scenarios based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with the Department’s Business Analyst for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Maintain detailed documentation of testing procedures and results.
• Execute functional, end-to-end, integration, performance, and black box testing before endorsing to UAT.
• Create standard processes, policies, and templates for the Department and Transformation Projects.
• Oversee a team of Business Process Test Engineers.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in quality assurance, testing, or related functions.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex business workflows.
• Knowledge of functional, integration, performance, and black box testing.
• Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Leadership ability to oversee and guide junior QA/test engineers.
