Description
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services.
- Assist the sales team with lead generation and appointment setting.
- Track sales performance and prepare reports for management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
