Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage client social media accounts and execute digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and experienced in growing brands through social media and digital channels.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow client social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create and execute social media content strategies and posting schedules
• Plan and run digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, and other digital channels)
• Develop marketing concepts, captions, and campaign ideas
• Monitor analytics and optimize campaigns for better performance
• Coordinate with clients on branding and campaign goals
• Stay updated with social media and digital marketing trends

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing (required)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, email marketing, and online campaigns
• Experience handling multiple client accounts is a plus
• Excellent communication and content writing skills
• Organized, proactive, and results-oriented
• Familiar with social media analytics and scheduling tools

Compensation & Contract Terms

• Hourly Rate: Php 156 per hour
• Contract-Based Role
• Paid strictly based on actual hours worked 
• No fixed monthly salary (hourly computation only)
• Flexible work schedule based on project requirements
