  1. Deeply understand the company's strategic and business development needs, independently complete recruitment for target positions (including technical, product, operations, design, and functional roles).
  2. Work closely with business departments to clarify recruitment needs, develop, and execute effective recruitment plans.
  3. Proactively source, screen, and follow up with candidates through multiple channels (headhunters, social media, communities, referrals, recruitment websites, etc.).
  4. Manage the entire interview process (resume screening, interview scheduling, interview assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding follow-up).
  5. Establish and maintain candidate relationships, accumulate and refine a talent pool, and complete a talent map for key positions.
  6. Regularly produce recruitment analysis reports to review and continuously optimize recruitment efficiency, candidate quality, and conversion rates.


1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 2 years of recruitment-related experience, including at least 1 year of recruiting experience in the blockchain industry.

2. Familiar with the recruitment process and multi-channel sourcing methods, capable of independently handling mid-to-senior level recruitment.

3. Excellent communication and coordination skills with a strong business understanding, able to efficiently liaise with business leaders and drive recruitment progress.

4. Data-driven, capable of identifying issues and proposing optimization solutions through recruitment data analysis.

5. Strong interest in the blockchain/Web3 industry, with a strong self-motivation and learning ability.

6. Results-oriented, resilient under pressure, able to efficiently advance recruitment tasks in a fast-paced and uncertain environment.
