Lead projects and initiatives with different and competing timelines and requirements.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to design and implement user-facing features
Design and develop technical solutions to support ScaleForge's business operations.
Create reusable components and place them into a curated repository (Storybook/Git/NPM) for other developers to create their digital applications
Work within the existing framework but always suggest improvements in how we work and choice of platforms/technologies.

At least 3 years of hands-on experience with ReactJS
Proficiency in NodeJS and Typescript
Knowledge of state management tools (zustand, redux, context, etc.)
Experience in Unit and Integration Testing using Jest, React Testing Library, and other testing libraries
Understanding of RESTful APIs/GraphQL and integration of endpoints to frontend
Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as Next.js, CRA
