Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients across promotions, merchandising, and activations.
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and ensure high-quality campaign delivery
  • Identify and drive account growth opportunities including repeat programs and expanded scopes
  • Lead client meetings, proposals, pricing discussions, and performance reviews
  • Drive new client acquisition through referrals, outreach, and pitch participation
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline aligned with agency capacity and margins
  • Work closely with operations and field teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Resolve client or field issues quickly to protect relationships and delivery quality
  • Support agency development through improved processes, pricing, and service offerings
  • Contribute to hiring, mentoring, and future team leadership.

  • Consistent revenue growth from existing accounts
  • New client wins aligned with agency capabilities
  • High-quality execution across all campaigns

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years experience in promotions, merchandising, events, brand activations, or integrated marketing
  • Proven background in account management and business development
  • Strong client-facing, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working in a small, hands-on agency environment
  • Ability to balance sales, strategy, and execution

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in a 360° or integrated agency
  • Background working with retail, FMCG/CPG, or consumer brands
  • Exposure to budgeting, pricing, and margin management
  • Leadership or mentoring experience
