The Accounting Supervisor oversees daily accounting operations, ensures accurate financial reporting, and leads the accounting team in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role supports management through financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

Scope of services/ Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily work of accounting clerks, bookkeepers, and junior accountants

-Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance and training

- Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

-Assist in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with company policies and accounting standards

- Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and adjustments

-Ensure proper maintenance of general ledger accounts

-Supervise billing, collections, and payment processing

-Ensure timely posting and reconciliation of AP and AR transactions
