- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Monitoring and analyzing accounting data
- Making and analyzing financial reports
- Forecasting Finances
- Developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Managing accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll and month end close process
- Oversee and manage day to day accounting operations
- BS degree in Accountancy or Finance
- Certified Public Account
- At least 3 years of work experience as Accounting Manager or Finance Manager
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
- Very well versed in bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
- Ability to direct and supervise
- Strong leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
