Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage accounting staff to ensure timely and accurate financial processing
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
• Assist in developing and implementing accounting policies and process improvements
• Coordinate audits and respond to auditor inquiries
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and training to accounting staff
• Work closely with management to support financial reporting and analysis

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Accountancy
• 4 to 5 years of related accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Experience using NetSuite is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting processes, controls, and reporting
• Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
