Responsible for the facilitating and recording of FB live events
Ensure that all audio and visual equipment during live feed are in good condition and working
Ensures coverage of all corporate events
Transports, sets up, and operates production equipment, including audio and lighting equipment to be used for events
Acts as custodian of all audio / visual equipment
Collates and records all files / footages / videos of all company events
Completes trouble and preventive maintenance reports on video and audio production equipment; assists in repair and upkeep of production sets and properties. Repairing and operating sound equipment
Setting up and breaking down audio equipment
Running audio equipment and checking that everything is properly connected
Testing audio equipment for volume, tone, and clarity
Evaluating audio equipment for repair and maintenance
Operating mixing consoles and adjusting sounds and volumes when necessary
Ensuring customers are happy with the sound quality and the set up of the audio equipment
Recommending equipment and software upgrades when necessary
Can work on weekends and holidays
Other duties may be assigned by the department head
