Perform routine inspections of buildings, systems, and equipment (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, etc.).
Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance tasks.
Repair or replace defective components in building systems.
Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness and safety (e.g., janitorial work, groundskeeping, snow/ice removal).
Monitor and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
Ensure safety and compliance with building codes, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests, emergencies, and work orders.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for specialized repairs and inspections.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
Manage basic carpentry, painting, and plumbing tasks as needed.
Support facility upgrades, renovations, and relocations.

Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and mechanical systems.
Ability to perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on store equipment (e.g., refrigeration units, lighting, fixtures).
Familiarity with using tools and maintenance equipment safely
Proven experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field (preferably in a food or retail setting).
Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair bakery equipment (ovens, mixers, refrigerators, etc.).
Willing to work on flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed.
Will be based in Marikina Head Office but must be willing to travel to other branches if needed.
