Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Associate to identify new opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth across multiple ventures. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, the ability to assess market trends, and the skill to build relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying value-add opportunities, developing new business relationships, and expanding revenue streams across various business initiatives under TGL.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Opportunity Identification

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.

• Assess industry trends, customer needs, and emerging market gaps to propose strategic initiatives.

• Develop a pipeline of potential clients, partners, and strategic alliances.


Business Development & Client Engagement

• Identify, engage, and establish relationships with new clients, business partners, and potential investors.

• Develop tailored value propositions and business pitches that align with TGL’s diverse business ventures.

• Collaborate with internal teams to structure deals and commercial agreements.


Revenue Growth & Strategic Expansion

• Drive business development initiatives that expand revenue streams and market presence.

• Support deal structuring and negotiation of partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.

• Work with leadership to assess and execute go-to-market strategies for new projects.


Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with internal teams (finance, marketing, operations) to align business objectives.

• Act as the liaison between TGL and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and execution of business initiatives.

• Support leadership in strategic decision-making based on market intelligence and financial viability.

 

Requisito

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in a coordination, administrative, or commercial support role.

• Fresh graduates may be considered if proactive, resourceful, and execution-driven.

• Prior exposure to technology, fintech, retail, or corporate support environments is an advantage.

• Strong communication and follow-up skills — able to manage timelines and drive task completion across teams.

• Highly organized, structured, and comfortable handling multiple workstreams.

• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

• Able to work independently, take initiative, and follow through without needing constant supervision.

• Bonus: Commercial thinking, negotiation exposure, or external stakeholder experience.

• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
