About the Role:

As a Customer Care Associate, you play a pivotal role in fostering positive interactions and ensuring our community thrives. You'll be the friendly voice that our users turn to, providing assistance, guidance, and resolving queries effectively. Your passion for customer satisfaction and dedication to delivering excellent service will contribute to the success and growth of DOON.

Day-to-Day Tasks:

1. Customer Support:

  • Respond promptly to user inquiries via various channels, including chat, email, and phone.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience.

2. App Navigation Assistance:

  • Guide users through the DOON app, helping them with bookings, payments, and troubleshooting.

3. Issue Resolution:

  • Investigate and resolve issues related to bookings, payments, and account management.

4. User Education:

  • Educate users on DOON's features, policies, and best practices for a seamless experience.

5. Feedback Collection:

  • Collect user feedback to understand their needs and contribute to the improvement of our services.

6. Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

7. Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
