Key Responsibilities:

• Passenger Assistance: Greet and assist passengers with inquiries regarding schedules, routes, ticketing, and terminal facilities.
• Information Management: Provide accurate and updated information on bus, jeepney, and other transport services operating.
• Complaint Handling: Address passenger concerns and complaints professionally, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.
• Front Desk Operations: Manage the reception area, answer phone calls, and direct visitors to appropriate offices or service counters.
• Emergency Response: Assist in guiding passengers during emergencies, following company safety protocols.
• Customer Experience: Uphold a courteous, professional demeanor to create a positive impression of company services.

Qualification:

• At least a high school diploma or a college degree (preferred). Hospitality, Tourism, or any related courses can be an advantage.
• Height Requirement: At least 5'5 above
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, scheduling systems)
• Prior experience in customer service or front desk operations preferred
