Descripción

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting clients via the designated communication channel (voice).
  • Provide accurate information and guidance on services offered; educate customers when necessary.
  • Handle a high volume of workload, including incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Identify, understand, and address customer needs to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in accordance with training and company guidelines.
  • Utilize available tools and resources to research and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, demonstrating strong language and interpersonal skills.
  • Foster trust and maintain positive relationships with customers through open, engaging communication.
  • Process agreed-upon customer requests and transactions using various computer systems and applications.

Requisito

  • At least a high school graduate
  • Open to fresh graduates, career shifters, and experienced agents
  • Willing to work onsite in Pasig
