Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the management of assigned account.

  • Acts as a liaison between various departments of the company and the client.

  • Provides valuable feedback to management to ensure client satisfaction with the service.

  • Monitors daily attendance of the handled deployees, collects daily time records and does timekeeping.

  • Conducts employee orientation

  • Works on reports, files important documents and communicates relevant information to the team member and client representatives.

  • Cascades updates and directions from the client to handled deployees.

  • Handles labor relations in coordination with the client's representative and with STEP's HR Supervisor.

  • Implements Disciplinary Action (DA) following guideline on Due Process.

  • Monitors billings and collections.

  • Checks effectivity/renewal date of Service Contract.

  • Submits reportorial requirements to OM and to client's representatives as required.

  • Attends to other duties (relevant to account handled) that maybe assigned by immediate superior.
