Responsible for payroll processing, end-to-end recruitment, and employee relations. Ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies, maintains employee records, handles grievances and disciplinary actions, and supports HR reports and administrative requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related course.
• With experience or strong knowledge in payroll, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Familiar with Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
