ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Organize and maintain personnel records and update internal databases.

2. Prepare HR documents (e.g. Employment Letter, Confirmation Letter, Handbook, etc.)

3. Perform recruitment processes, training, administration task, and related

4. Responsible for payroll and claim processing function effectively

5. Validate payroll report, preparation of bank file, payslip and statutory reports

6. Revise company policies and answer employees queries about HR-related issues

7. Create regular reports (weekly and monthly) and presentations on operation metrics

8. Handle general administrative tasks such as prepare quotation, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.

9. Willing to work hard, promote company, and respond after working hours

10. Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms

11. Liaise with external partners, like vendors and recruitment agencies

12. Adhere to the best practices, standards and procedures of the company

13. Any ad-hoc tasks including daily update Fastic Portal staff log, article writing, ISO audit preparation, etc., that may be needed or assigned by Management from time to time


COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:

1. Candidate must possess at least Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ HR or any other related fields

2. Proficient in MS Office

3. Good in both written and spoken English and Malay

4. Possess driving license and able to drive

5. In-depth knowledge of employment act, specifications, standards, and codes

6. Good follower, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

7. Be adaptable and work independently coupled with good interpersonal and collaboration skills

8. Self-motivated, diligent and team player quality to achieve common goals

9. Able to plan, organise, and manage multiple activities

10. Able to perform under pressure, and deliver tasks on time

11. Professional, proper etiquette, patient, and enthusiastic

12. Attendance/ Punctuality - Arrives at works and meetings appointments on time
