• Coordinates with PR & Marketing Manager in planning and executing events
• Prepares press kits as needed
• Tracks and monitors press releases
• Prepares sales and marketing reports
• Does competitor checks regularly
• Handles social media accounts
• Regularly meets with press/bloggers/media to promote brand services
• Supports operations by assisting in the stores at least once a week
• Handles tie-ups/sponsorships with different partners
• Monthly report on promos
• Filter proposals
• Request GCs for sponsorships
• Request GCs for marketing expense: bloggers, media,
• Sales and social media update
• Merchandise for malls
• Make sure ambassadors sign their contracts
• Prepare press kits
• Source materials for press kits
• Attend and assist in events
• Knows how to use Canva, Photoshop and Adobe

Qualifications and Experience

Education

Bachelor's/ College Degree in Business Studies/ Administration, Sales and Management, Marketing or equivalent.

Work Experience

Preferably 1yr experience in the retail field.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

Must be abreast with the marketing strategies and ideas.

Demonstrate ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and work with a sense of urgency.

Can withstand pressure and willing to work long hours.

Attributes

Must be decisive, assertive, proactive and solutions-oriented.

Must be flexible, can work on-call and during holidays.

Can work in minimal supervision.

V. Working Conditions

Works inside the office possible hybrid setup

Occasional field work in relation to Company affairs.

Willing to work onsite in BGC Taguig

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
