Job Qualifications – Marketing Staff


Job Summary:


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Staff to support both marketing and administrative functions of the organization. The role involves coordinating with clients, attending meetings, managing communications, handling social media accounts, and assisting in the preparation of business presentations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an effective communicator, capable of multitasking, and willing to do fieldwork when necessary. Fresh graduates with strong initiative, professionalism, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

 

Education & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred

· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

· Relevant internship or project-based experience is an advantage

Core Skills & Abilities

· Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Computer literate and proficient in office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)

· Strong attention to detail with the ability to draft, edit, and proofread documents accurately

· Capable of working independently with minimal supervision

Marketing & Administrative Competencies

· Ability to attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and track follow-up actions

· Skilled in managing emails, calls, and professional correspondence

· Experience or willingness to handle social media accounts and online engagement

· Able to prepare and deliver business and marketing presentations

· Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and client communication skills

· Capable of coordinating multiple projects and ensuring deadlines are met

· Excellent interpersonal skills and client-facing confidence

Other Requirements

· Willing to do fieldwork when required

Work Schedule

· Full-time position

· 8 hours per day

· 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

· Monday to Friday


Location: Around Quezon City
