Staff4Me is seeking a motivated Mid Java Developer with experience in Spring Boot to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Java applications that deliver high-performance and user-friendly services. You will work closely with other developers to implement innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs.

• Develop new software features and improve existing applications using Java and Spring Boot
• Collaborate with team members to gather and analyze requirements for system specifications
• Participate in the design and architecture of the applications, ensuring scalability and performance
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices
• Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Contribute to code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Java development

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 2+ years of experience as a Java developer, with a strong focus on Spring Boot
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Experience with database management systems, particularly SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
• Proficient in version control systems, especially Git
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
