• Ensuring all pre-employment requirements are efficiently completed before a new hire's start date. 

• Responsible for coordinating background checks, medical examinations, document collection, and onboarding preparations in compliance with company policies and local labor regulations. 

• Serves as a point of contact between candidates, recruitment teams, and third-party vendors to ensure a smooth and timely pre-employment process.

Utilize ATS and recruitment tools for tracking progress

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Requisito

  • Job Title: Onboarding Specialist
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience Level: 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, exceptional interpersonal skills, and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assist in recruiting processes. Coordinate and track completion of pre-employment requirements such as background checks, pre-employment medical exams, government clearances, and document submissions.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment. Possible of Hybrid Set Up. Mid Shift
  • Qualities and Traits: Highly organized, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a team
