  • About the Role:
  • We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our small team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in office administration, bookkeeping, inventory monitoring, and executive support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
  • Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks including invoice tracking, expense recording, and financial reporting support
  • Monitor and maintain office & shop inventory; manage supply ordering and vendor coordination
  • Support the business owner with scheduling, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and communication
  • Maintain accurate records and support reporting processes
  • Help ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently


Requisito

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping or accounting principles is a plus, but not required
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint); experience with accounting or inventory management is an advantage
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
  • Trustworthy and discreet
