Descripción

  • Summarizing cases and preparing reports for attorneys
  • Conducting research, investigating facts and developing legal arguments
  • Drafting legal documents such as contracts, depositions and pleadings
  • Preparing and filing documents with courts
  • Organizing and archiving the documents related to completed and ongoing cases
  • Keeping track of changes in legal framework and providing timely updates on these changes

Requisito

  • With Bachelor of Law or Juris Doctor degree is an advantage
  • At least 2 years of work experience as Paralegal
  • Able to draft, review and prepare affidavits, correspondences and other basic legal documents
  • Can liaise with government agencies (e.g. SEC, BIR, LGU) in applications of permits, certifications, registrations and other compliance
  • Coordinate with other departments in the organization
  • Computer literate
  • With strong attention to details and good analytical skills
  • Applicants must be willing to report to work in Rockwell, Makati
