Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a dedicated Social Media Manager to join our team full-time. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our online presence, engaging with content creators, and ensuring our brand remains at the forefront of industry trends.

• Research and document emerging trends
• Save and catalogue relevant content
• Engage with other posts by liking and commenting
• Repost and curate content
• Conduct outreach to content creators
• Manage gifting campaigns for creators
• Record yourself discussing new trends
• Assist with video editing
• Communicate with collaborators
• Publish daily content across platforms
• Write blogs and website updates
• Analyze and report on social media growth
• Utilize design tools like Canva and Photoshop
• Complete ongoing training and e-learning courses

What We’re Looking For:

We need someone who is comfortable being in front of the camera and representing Composal with confidence and authority. You should have a passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing.

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday | 9 AM - 5 PM

• Monday to Thursday: Workdays
• Friday: Dedicated training day – You can choose a course (e.g., CGI, marketing, or any relevant skill development) and are required to complete at least 3 hours of training.

Compensation:

20,000 PHP per month + Performance Bonuses
