As a Telemarketer, you will play a vital role in building and expanding the business through effective communication. Your tasks will include:
Making outbound calls to potential clients, presenting product information, and generating interest.
Handling customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships to drive business growth.
Generating leads, seeking relevant data, and conducting market research.
Scraping and managing data to maintain an up-to-date database for targeted outreach.
Conducting follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and drive conversions.
Setting appointments, scheduling meetings, and managing client interactions.
Reaching out to companies for business opportunities and establishing partnerships to expand the business.
Supporting the development of new partnerships and maintaining long-term business relationships.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Proven ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships.
Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace.
Self-motivated, organised, and detail-oriented.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
