• Portfolio showcasing payment/fintech product designs.
• Strong data-driven mindset and familiarity with compliance/localization needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field; overseas education is a plus.
• 3+ years of UI/UX experience; preference for candidates with growth design, motion graphics, or visual design skills.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite; strong product and interaction design thinking.
• Ability to balance business goals with user experience, with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in fintech, digital assets, blockchain, or Web3 is highly preferred.
