Descripción

  • E-Commerce Strategy Development:
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of key e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, and other regional online marketplaces).
  • Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase sales and brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with the live host and facilitate the entire live stream process that drives conversions and brand awareness.
  • Continuously track and analyze platform performance metrics (such as sales, ROAS, CTR, etc.) and apply insights to refine strategies, improve conversion rates, and enhance user experience.


  • Product Listings & Merchandising:
  • Ensure high-quality, SEO-optimized product listings, including compelling product descriptions, high-resolution images, and accurate product specifications.
  • Implement and manage promotional campaigns, product bundling, and category merchandising.
  • Conduct data-driven analysis and A/B testing to refine strategies and enhance e-commerce performance.


  • Digital Marketing Integration:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create integrated digital marketing campaigns (e.g., email marketing, social media, paid search, influencer collaborations).
  • Leverage SEO/SEM, content marketing, and affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.


  • Customer Service and Inventory Management
  • Ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers, focusing on user interface (UI), user experience (UX), and after-sales support.
  • Work with the customer service team to handle inquiries, complaints, and returns, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure efficient stock management, timely fulfillment, and smooth order processing.

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in e-commerce, particularly in a retail or consumer goods environment.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce tools, CRM systems, Google Analytics, and digital marketing platforms (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Expertise in managing and optimizing online sales campaigns across various digital channels.
  • Strong ability to collaborate and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights to shape strategies.
  • Goal-oriented, able to perform in high-pressure environments while meeting tight deadlines.
  • A positive, collaborative, and proactive team player 
  • Fluent in English. And able to converse in Mandarin with Mandarin-speaking associates, partners, and clients.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Background in handling regional or international markets, particularly in SEAs (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia)
