• Hiring for Outlet in Malaysia, KL
• Smooth Operation: Ensure smooth daily operations (Opening & Closing of outlets, inventory management, customer service, food and beverage preparation, cleaning etc).
• Conflict Management: Able to handle and resolve customer complaints and employee conflicts independently.
• Customer Engagement & Satisfaction: Engage in meaningful conversations with customers on concept, products and tea knowledge. Ensure every customer leaves satisfied with their experience.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other crew members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
• Team Motivation: Able to lead and motivate the team in achieving operational goals.
• Relationship Management: Maintaining good business relationships with suppliers, vendors and external partners.
• Total salary package: MYR 3,300
• Basic salary: MYR 2,550
• Fixed overtime salary: MYR 550
• Performance Incentive: MYR 200

• At least 1-2 years managerial experience in a cafe or F&B industry.
• Able to manage people and lead a team.
• Passion for matcha, tea, and customer service will be beneficial.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work on weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
