Descripción

Job Title: Customer Service Executive - Local Malaysians only

Qualification: Completed with SPM, UEC, ICGSE certificate  

Language: English Speaking (Read, Write & Speak)

Salary - 2100 MYR Basic + Allowance 700 MYR

Location - Johor Bahru (Onsite)

Working days- 6

Shuttle service provided- Yes

Typing Score-Typing Speed 25, Accuracy 100%, Net Speed 25  

Working Shift - 24 Hours Rotational

(Compulsory working on Public Holidays and Weekends) 

Interview mode- Walk-in


Job Description: 

 -Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback and other issues related to the company's products

-Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.

-Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA. 



  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, proficiency in the English language, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, resolve inquiries, and maintain service quality standards.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, may involve evening or weekend shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
