  • Greet customers warmly and ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
  • Serve food and drinks according to company standards and presentation guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and counters.
  • Assist in setting up tables, refilling condiments, and clearing used dishes.
  • Handle cash, operate POS systems, and process payments when required.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
  • Support team members and follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).


Requirements

  • Education: SPM or equivalent.
  • Experience: No prior experience required; training will be provided. (Experience in customer service or F&B is an added advantage).
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
  • Qualities & Traits:
  • Friendly, customer-oriented, and a team player.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Physically fit to stand for long hours and perform light to moderate lifting.
  • Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced F&B environment with exposure to crowds and varying shifts.
  • Weekend and public holiday shifts may be required.
