Keterangan

  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Assist in processing vendor invoices, reconciling payments, and managing accounts receivable by tracking customer payments and issuing statements when necessary.
  • Data Entry & Financial Recordkeeping: Accurately input financial data into accounting software, maintaining organized and up-to-date records for transactions, expenses, and revenue.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Support in monthly bank reconciliations by comparing and verifying financial data from various accounts to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Assist with Payroll: Provide support to the payroll team by maintaining records, updating employee timesheets, and ensuring accurate compensation and deductions.
  • General Ledger Support: Assist in reconciling general ledger accounts, preparing journal entries, and ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Assist with Financial Reports: Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports by gathering, organizing, and summarizing financial data for senior management.
  • Invoice Management: Assist in preparing and sending out invoices, ensuring they are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Assist with Tax Filings: Support the accounting team in preparing and filing sales tax and other tax-related documents as required.

Persyaratan

  • Education:
  • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.


  • Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
