Provide administrative technical support to ensure efficient operation of the property.
Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Handle phone calls and inquiries professionally.
Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals.
Perform additional tasks as needed to support the team.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Office Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Experience Level: 1 year of relevant experience.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in procurement and canvassing; strong administrative and clerical skills with keen attention to detail.
Working Conditions: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with Saturday (5.5 days per week) Work Schedule tentative to be finalized on site
Qualities and Traits: Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
