About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with an accounting background and exposure to compliance to join our team. This role will primarily provide administrative and documentation support while helping ensure the company remains compliant with financial regulations and internal policies. If you have a solid foundation in accounting and experience in administrative and compliance-related tasks, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support including scheduling, managing documents, and handling internal and external correspondence.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, contracts, and compliance documentation.
  • Help monitor adherence to financial compliance requirements, internal controls, and company policies.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports, audit documentation, and regulatory filings.
  • Coordinate with the Accounting and Compliance teams to ensure timely and accurate documentation and process flow.
  • Help conduct basic compliance orientation or reminders related to accounting practices and company policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive financial and business information.
  • Perform other administrative and finance-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative roles with involvement in accounting or compliance functions.
  • Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance regulations is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software/tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,000.00 per month
