We’re looking for a highly-skilled Automation Developer who can build, maintain, and optimize automation workflows using Make.com, Zapier, and HubSpot, with strong experience in working with APIs. This role is critical to helping us streamline operations, improve data flows, and reduce manual work across various departments.

• Design and build automation workflows using Make.com and Zapier to connect tools, platforms, and CRMs.
• Integrate third-party APIs to enable seamless data exchange between platforms.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot automation sequences in HubSpot CRM, including workflows, pipelines, and custom properties.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify manual processes and propose automation solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, error handling, and fallback mechanisms in all workflows.
• Monitor and optimize automations for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Document all automations, processes, and API configurations clearly for internal use.

• Strong experience using Make.com (Integromat) and Zapier to build complex workflows.
• Proficient in using and integrating REST APIs (authentication, JSON formatting, pagination, webhooks, etc.).
• Deep understanding of HubSpot CRM, especially workflow automation, contact management, and custom integrations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug automation errors quickly and effectively.
• Experience working with data formats like JSON, CSV, and form data.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Self-starter who can manage time and tasks with minimal supervision.

• Experience with other automation tools like n8n, Tray.io, or Workato.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, Python, or other scripting languages.
• Background in marketing automation, sales automation, or SaaS operations.
• Knowledge of webhook security, token expiration handling, and OAuth.
