As a Business Sales Development Associate at Sun Life of Canada Philippines Inc and Sun Life Asset Management Company Inc., you will play a pivotal role in delivering expert financial advice and solutions. This position focuses heavily on sales activities and consultations, allowing you to guide individuals towards achieving their financial goals while simultaneously driving business growth through strategic client engagement. Revenue Generation:

1. Actively prospect and generate leads through referrals, networking, and outreach.

2. Conduct client meetings to assess financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance.

3. Present and recommend appropriate financial products and services.

4. Utilize effective sales techniques to convert prospects into clients and meet sales targets.

5. Collaborate with team members to develop innovative sales strategies.

6. Expand the client base through relationship-building and proactive sales efforts.

7. Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.

8. Stay informed about market trends, product offerings, and competitor activities.


Consultation and Financial Planning:

1. Conduct financial assessments to analyze clients' current financial status.

2. Develop customized financial plans aligned with clients' goals and risk tolerance.

3. Provide expert advice on investments, insurance, retirement planning, and wealth management.

4. Educate clients on financial literacy to empower informed decisions.

5. Deliver compelling presentations during consultations.

6. Review and adjust financial plans to ensure ongoing relevance.

7. Offer continuous financial guidance, especially during significant life events.

8. Stay updated on Philippine financial regulations and compliance.


Client Relationship Management:

1. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships based on trust.

2. Provide exceptional service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

3. Conduct regular portfolio reviews with clients.

4. Communicate market updates and investment insights proactively.

5. Organize appreciation events to enhance client loyalty.

Persyaratan

Experience:

1. Previous experience in sales, banking, or insurance is advantageous.

2. Proven track record of successful sales and client management is a plus.

3. Experience in financial analysis and risk assessment is beneficial.

Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with opportunities for remote work. May require travel for client meetings and networking events.

Qualities and Traits: Highly People Oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to service excellence and client satisfaction.


Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics or a related field.

Experience Level: Open to Fresh Graduates/Students. Internship or part-time experience in financial services is a plus.

Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Consultative Sales, Online Sales, Telemarketing, Fund Sales, Futures Sale, Bond Transaction. Ability to navigate Foreign Exchange Transactions, utilizing Service Calculators, and excellent Networking Skills.
