He/She will lead the HR and Admin team and will be responsible for the day-to-day HR processes of the plant operations within Bataan.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resources Management, Behavioral Science, and other related 4-year courses
• Minimum of twelve (12) years of supervisory experience, preferably in an HR Generalist role
• Has been assigned to handle Recruitment, Benefits, Compensation, Labor Relations, Employee Engagement works
• Preferably worked for a conglomerate or big company like SMC
• Lives within Bataan (nearby Mariveles or Limay)
