Keterangan

  • Prepare HRLR reports and assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  •  Handle employee relations issues, including grievance handling, disciplinary proceedings, resignations, terminations, and legal matters related to employee lawsuits.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to internal customers, preparing necessary documentation for case management and legislated requirements.

Persyaratan

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder
  • Must have 2-3 years of relevant experience in Labor Relations or strong knowledge of PH Labor Laws
  • Experience representing the company in mediation/conciliation proceedings (NLRC/DOLE/NCMB, etc.)
  • Can work onsite and do night shift schedule
